3.2 Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

3.3 AI-Powered Features

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

By submitting content to the platform (job postings, interview questions, applications, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

6.3 Trademark Usage

Interview Platform name, logo, and other marks are our trademarks. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
